Many of our Deluxe Double rooms have been individually-designed by local interior designers and have views out towards Great Pulteney Street, Henrietta Park or the garden.
Our Deluxe Double rooms are some of the most individual in house, with many of them having been designed by local interior designers, who have used their elegant proportions and high ceilings as the canvas to their own unique theme. Each feature wonderfully luxurious king-size beds and most feature views out to Great Pulteney Street, Henrietta Park or the garden.
Local interior and garden designers Woodhouse & Law celebrate the curious by combining interesting combinations of materials, colour and texture with fun and playful twists. In their ground floor room, the starting point is Tracy Kendall’s Inventory wallpaper, while an over-sized sunshine-hued headboard above the bed, tall pendant lights and design-led statement furniture complete the theme.
Rossiters of Bath have created Good Afternoon and Good Evening rooms, which are inspired by the changing light at nearby Henrietta Park. Its rose-covered pagoda and sensory garden by day translate into a fresh and calming scheme filled with flowery abundance, while by night, you can expect an enchanted forest. Exotic bird wallpaper adorns the ceiling and contrasts with a luminescent silver on the walls. There are accents of indigo, jade, and burnt orange in the Matthew Williamson curtains, while a silver cocktail cabinet and burnished black side tables with parrot lamps complete the look, creating the ultimate flight of fancy.
