Offbeat elegance by Woodhouse and Law
Alongside the touch of modern glamour brought by Martin Hulbert and Jay Grierson of Martin Hulbert Design, we’re also looking locally to inject some individual personality into our rooms. Woodhouse and Law, a full service interior and garden design company based on Bathwick Hill, have three rooms at No.15 Great Pulteney – including the covetable garden suite – to put their unique creative stamp on.
Specialising in creating schemes that are stylish and have personality, “we want to combine practicality and luxury with a heady mix of the unexpected – think offbeat elegance,” explains John Law, one half of the duo behind the business.
“We are working on several rooms and each is great to be involved with, but the garden suite is particularly exciting for us. Given our skills combine garden and interior design, we are really looking forward to creating a design concept that works inside and out.”
“The building, its location and history are great sources of inspiration. Great Pulteney Street is one of the most prestigious addresses in the city and No.15 promises to create a whole new dimension to it. We love to incorporate the work of the many talented local craftsmen and women in our schemes. We are looking to celebrate their talent in creating interesting, exciting and captivating places to be.
“It’s such an amazing brief, that our team have all been busy gathering ideas and looking for inspiration. We just need to consolidate the imaginative and fun thoughts into one creative idea.”
